President
Michelle Nicol
As President of Blue Marlin Pools, Michelle has 20 years plus of experience with a background in drafting and engineering from the University of Central Florida. She is an approved arbitrator for the FSPA (Florida Spa and Pool Association) and has held positions on the board for the NSPI. Michelle is also a Certified Pool Operator, a state licensed Commercial and Residential Pool Contractor, and a proctor for the state for the swimming pool specialty licenses.

John Foster
As a pool designer for Blue Marlin Pools, John brings 23 years of experience in both design and sales to the industry. Having won numerous state, national and international NSPI design awards, John specializes in creating "backyard entertainment centers" that truly are unlike any others to be found. With over 30 years of experience in business and management, John realizes the key to success is to provide total customer satisfaction and that is what he continually strives to attain.
Chris Foster
Chris has been a part of the Blue Marlin Pools design team since 2003. With a degree in Computer Graphics and Design, and the attitude that “anything is possible”, Chris has been successful in creating unique additions to the homes, and lives, of each and every client he works for. Growing up in Brevard County among a family of pool industry professionals, he understands that adding to the quality of life for all our clients is our #1 priority, and he continues to pursue that ideal.
Consultant Manager
Ann Nicol
As Consultant Manager of Blue Marlin Pools, Ann brings 25 years experience to the pool industry. Ann is anything but a typical "swimming pool contractor." She began her career in the pool business in 1980 and has continued her success with the opening of Blue Marlin Pools. She is listed as an honored professional in the 1999-2000 Nationwide Register's Who's Who for Executives and Businesses. She is also a member of the Brevard County Licensing and Code Enforcement Board.
Construction Manager
Russ Penick
As Blue Marlin Pools service manager, Russ brings his 26 years of experience in service,
renovation and new construction in both residential & commercial pools. He continues to keep up to date with new technologies thru continuing education. He has completed certified courses in “automated controls” and “chemical treatment”. Russ has the hands on experience and technical knowledge to assist our customers with all of their questions and concerns.
Service Manager
Sue Higgins
Sue has worked in the pool industry for 18 years, and her expertise comes from working in the field as well as helping customers with service issues. Whenever possible she tries to help customers get to know their pool by giving them instructions directly over the phone. When repairs are needed, we go the extra mile to coordinate with Warranty Stations, sub-contractors and our service personnel. Don’t hesitate to call with any questions you might have – no matter how small!
